SOTD: Fendi Theorema

Quick news update: The Galanos parfum (Fifi top spot holder 1980) should arrive tomorrow…

On to Theorema.

This discontinued scent came to me through a recent swap. It gets lots of love all around the perfume world, and it’s about time I tried it.

And oooOOoh, do I see what all the fuss is about. A citrusy, gourmandish opening, reminding me just the slightest of those madeleine cookies, but without being a full-fledged food scent. Where Tendre Madeleine squeals with delight, “Eat me!” Theorema is a true perfume that just hints at tastiness—there is a definite “not edible” quality present. Others describe it as a comfort scent; and others are right. It’s a freezing cold, drizzly day, and this little Fendi number hits the spot.

My one and only complaint: Lasting power, not so hot.

  1. I see Theorema mentioned so often on the blogs. It is gradually creeping up my ‘to try’ list. It’s not really the season for comfort scents where I am, but it will be something to look forward to next year. Thanks for the mention.

  2. Definitely believe that which you said. Your favorite reason seemed to be on the internet the easiest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get annoyed while people think about worries that they plainly don’t know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people can take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks
